These are lovely meaty Kalamata Olives (if spelled Calamata, they are black Olives cured in Kalamata style but not Kalamata Olives). They are cured for 7 months and bottled in 5% brine, 5ml red grape vinegar, sprig of Rosemary and topped with Stone Ridge Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Lightly slated Spanish flavour.
